Our Core Features

Spray Foam Roofing

- No Seams or Fasteners
- No Tear-off of existing roof required
- Ponding water areas repaired for proper drainage
- High insulation value/Rapid Payback with energy savings
- LightweightHigh-wind uplift resistance
- Renewable warranties

A thick (typically 1″ thick) closed-cell polyurethane waterproofing barrier seals the roof against leaks. Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is the only roofing material that has no seams. Foam roofing bonds around roof penetrations such as pipes, vents and edges forming an impenetrable wedge, leaving these penetrations “high and dry.” Additionally, the roof surface is built up in ponding areas to eliminate heavy standing water and improve drainage. These features result in superior leak protection. Go Green Roofing’s SPF roofs with proper maintenance and re-coating at 10 or 15 year intervals typically has a working life of 30+years. Yes we renew our long term warranties by maintaining the protective coating layer and extending your warranty, an additional warranty term for around 1/3 of the original SPF roof application.

Roofing with Go Green

All of Go Green’s roofs are done with Spray Polyurethane Foam or SPF. SPF is the king of building material multi-tasking. In insulation, it can provide high levels of R-value, while providing air barriers and assistance in moisture control in buildings. In roofing, it insulates and eliminates thermal bridging through fasteners and gaps in insulation boards.

What if I have just an old roof?

The SPF advantage

Spray polyurethane foam roofing, commonly referred to as SPF, is a spray-applied insulating foam plastic. The two chemical components are combined as they pass through the spray gun and contact the substrate as a liquid. As the two components chemically react they expand in volume by 20 times and form a strong, rigid material with a density of 2.8 to 3.0 pounds per cubic foot and a compressive strength of 40 to 50 pound per square inch.

SPF roofing is "green" roofing, renewable and sustainable. With proper maintenance and re-coating at 10 or 15 years intervals an SPF roof will last the life of the building. Bright white topcoat meets "CoolRoof," Energy Star, and LEED Certification requirements.

Additionally, the roof surface is built up in ponding areas to reduce heavy standing water and improve drainage. These features result in superior leak protection.  Go Green Roofing's SPF roofs with proper maintenance and re-coating at 10 or 15 year intervals typically has a working life of 30+years.
